Bring what you have. We’ll give you honest answers and help you get it print-ready.
PDF is best. If you have JPG, PNG, Word, or something else, upload it and we’ll advise.
No worries. We’ll tell you what needs fixing, and you can update it yourself or have our in-house designer help.
For most custom jobs, yes. We’ll send a proof so you can approve it before anything goes to press.

Turnaround and Pickup

Yes. EDDM lets you mail to neighborhoods or carrier routes without needing a mailing list, and we can help you choose coverage.

If we haven’t started production yet, we can usually help. If it’s already in progress, we’ll explain the options and any costs upfront.
Because most print jobs are custom made, returns are limited. If something is wrong due to a production issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
